During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination, the product ordered, and the shipping carrier.
Most orders are typically delivered within 7–20 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs procedures, carrier delays, local holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive your tracking information by email after your order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is divided into multiple packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
